Andrea DiOttavio, RN, PCHA, CDP, serves as Health & Wellness Director at Echo Lake, where she brings a deep commitment to helping older adults live meaningful, healthy, and connected lives. In her role, Andrea designs and leads programs that support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being — and what she loves most is the relationships she builds along the way. "Whether it's helping someone regain confidence through exercise or simply listening to their stories, I find great fulfillment in knowing my work makes a difference," she shares.

Compassion is the Solera core value that resonates most with Andrea. She believes that truly caring for each resident as an individual — with dignity, empathy, and respect — is at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys exploring new restaurants, rewatching classic films, and spending time with family and friends, always with a positive attitude in tow.
