Memory Café

Supporting a loved one through memory challenges can feel overwhelming at times. That’s why we’ve created a warm and welcoming place where you can connect, share, and find support with others who understand your journey. At our monthly memory café, we provide dementia-friendly activities for both you and your loved one, as well as educational resources, information, support, and advice. This month’s theme: Spring Bouquet Bar. RSVPs preferred. Walk-ins welcome.
