Kathleen Chandler brings a decade of experience in senior living to her role as Assistant Business Office Manager at Echo Lake. She takes pride knowing her contributions matter and says, “The Echo Lake leadership team inspires me to grow to higher heights with the compassion and commitment I have with conversing and helping seniors.”

She earned an associate's degree in human resource management from Bryan University in May 2025 with a 3.7 GPA and Dean's List honors.

Outside of work, she loves family time, church gatherings, shopping, and playing games with her grandchildren.
